"appointment cancelled and i wasnt informed"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Have been waiting now for four months to see a consultant, get appointment for 30th march then another letter telling me its 20th april. then another letter telling me to have nerve testing done and not to attend appointment until this is done. as i was confused as to which appointment i was to attend i called only to be told both consultants appointment have been cancelled, i wasnt even informed and now have no idea as to when i will get to see consultant. Am in tremendous pain. telephone staff suggested i call my g.p. This is an unacceptable way to be treated wish i had chosen a different hospital for my treatment.
