Everyone I've encountered at Guy's physio has been not only helpful, but have gone out of their way to provide excellence, from the overworked receptionist (who is always calm and cheerful), to the individual physics who really care, to the senior practitioner who arranged to see me by special appointment to accommodate my holiday plans. And the treatment has improved my arthritic knees considerably!
