About: Cromer Hospital

I managed to shut my hand in a car door. Arriving at 6.30pm I was spoken to at reception by a lovely member of staff who took my details. It was quite busy but I was seen in good time by a very nice nurse who recommended an X-Ray. This was carried out & the nurse then took me back in for the results. Thankfully nothing was broken & excellent advice was given re ice-pack to reduce swelling, regular movement, etc. I was treated in a kind, caring & interested manner & would totally recommend their excellent service. We are so lucky in this country to have the NHS. We only ever seem to hear the negative side but I have always been treated with the utmost respect & care. Thank you so much x
