Despite all the NHS headlines about delays, the care I received when I attended was fabulous - caring and efficient. Every member of staff was polite and helpful.

This is great to hear. Feedback such as this gives our staff a real morale boost, especially at a time when there is so much negative publicity about A&Es across the NHS.
