On 26 march I went to St Peters for a pre arranged appointment for a ultra sound scan. Parking was easy. I was early, got to reception at the radiology department which was easy to find. The receptionist was friendly. Within ten minutes of sitting down ( I was 30 minutes early) I was directed to the ultra sound part. I was seen by staff more than 10 minutes before my appointment. The nurses were really friendly and polite. I say nurses, one was a trainee under supervision. Both were friendly, explained the procedure fully and explained their findings. I just wanted to say that I was impressed with the service, both in promptness and politeness of the staff. Thank you .
