About: East Surrey Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

From the moment I was brought in by the ambulance team, the nurses were kind and caring - they did everything they could to make me comfortable.

The doctor who was assigned to me was exceptional - I was confused and couldn't make sense of anything, but she was patient and very professional in her treatment and bedside manner.
