"Wonderful and reassuring care for endoscopies"

I recently had both an endoscopy and colonoscopy over a 2 week period

I just wanted to say how wonderful and reassuring everyone was, they even noticed that my birthday was the day after the endoscopy and all wished me a lovely day for my birthday.

Before each procedure all reassured me of the process, what to expect and talked me through the procedures without making me feel silly or rushing me. I was not waiting long anywhere and was rarely left alone (before or after the ops). The staff in the recovery unit were friendly and happy, reassuring when required.

I really cant say thank you enough to all concerned from beginning to end.
