What I liked

Nothing at all but the doctor who did my day surgery.

What could be improved

The fact that the departments can not talk to each other and they don't tell anyone what is going on. The fact that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing just blows my mind away. You would think that the departments would be able to work things out better.
