A very good experience with my GP who referred me for further examination by a dermatologist. A good explanation of when I would likely be contacted and subsequent procedure. Received letter from TRAQS confirming that I was to be dealt with by Donnington Medical Practice – no other choice offered. Seven weeks later I received a telephone call inviting me for an appointment three days later. In all honestly I do not believe that TRAQS offers anything to the process except extra costs and a further level of management where things can go wrong! All paid for by the taxpayer!
