"Warm welcoming reception staff"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a service user),

I have to attend regular appointments at the ENT department at Heartlands Hospital and would just like to praise the warm and welcoming receptionists, particularly Serina and her colleague (unfortunately I do not know her name). They always call you by your first name and you are attended to the minute you walk through the door. Their friendliness is very much appreciated.

Can I also praise the audiologist, Mark Quigley, who readjusted my mother's hearing aid and explained the procedure very clearly. He too, was very friendly and welcoming.
