"Derry Unit"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital (Folkestone) (Folkestone)

Visiting the Derry Unit today with my eldery father, was an experience I do not wish to repeat. I found the reception staff very abrupt and curt. Elderly patients having to drink copious amounts of water to, hopefully, enable them to try to pee naturally, were then told there was a queue for the one and only "special" measuring toilet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was very disappointed in this Unit.
