"Poor communication and Information available"

About: Colchester General Hospital

Clearly a busy hospital. Great front line staff. Very poor admin, and poor telephone manor with attitude. Tried to obtain information re my mother that went to A+E 24.03.15. Was passed through four different departments. The A+E information was not updated to allow other staff to act on the information that was present to to follow movement to other departments. Frustrating experience with admin and support services.

I apologise you’ve not had a good patient experience. We try really hard to improve our services based on the comments we receive from our patients, their relatives or carers.
