"COmpassionate care"

My relative and our family received wonderful care and kindness from the doctors and nurses on ward E45/46 recently. I am a doctor myself and was doing a placement in a hospice when it became clear that my relative was dying. The staff reacted very quickly to make sure that she was comfortable and to give us information . They were so thoughtful and kind and managed such good treatment even though the ward was obviously much busier than somewhere like a hospice would be. I was full of admiration for your care.
