"unaccpetable wait at ICAT at Euston Way"

Referral by opticians was excellent. Went to ICAT at Euston way. It would be advisable to explain on arrival how long the appointment would take and who/what services I would be attending. In essence, my care/testing here took approximately 15mins in total. However, I was in the building for 2 hours! The waiting times were unacceptable and I have appreciated being told what would be involved during my visit. I was also surprised to be asked what medication I was taking and any previous eye operations I had previously had. This surely should be available for you to see on the NHS system
