(as the patient),

I was transferred from the Wolverhampton eye infirmary. My new appointment was arranged promptly when I attended my appointment I was treated with kindness and respect. Every test and procedure I went through was explained in detail. The consultant was really kind and explained my complaint, treatment, follow up etc... I did not feel ‘rushed’ at any time. The appointment was conducted very thoroughly and I feel in ‘safe hands’.
