"I am much happier"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I felt that at no point was I looked at like I was 'silly' or 'a time water' and my concerns were given thought. Kate was very good and made me feel at ease. The problem solving techniques she gave me helped me a great deal and I am much happier. I'll use them going forward.
