I was admitted to Dumfries & Galloway Royal infirmary on in December for a routine, planned hernia operation. I must say that right from the start, I. e. when I reported to the admissions desk until leaving the next day, the care and attention I got was wonderful.
Dr Miss Asnnenani and her team were quite simply amazing. The staff in ward 4 – domestics, student nurses and nurses – were warm, friendly, caring, attentive, observant and thoroughly professional. What particularly impressed me was that anything I requested and needed was provided but all staff went that bit further and asked me if I wanted any more help.
In summary, NHS staff are heroes and angels personified!
P. S. thanks for the many cuppa’s ward 4! !
