What I liked
Today I visited the colposcopy clinic in the Cotswold Centre at Southmead Hospital.
I can not find a single thing fault with my visit.
Without exception the staff were friendly, polite and did everything they could to put me at ease.
Everything was explained to me in full, and great care was taken of me during treatment. I want to record my thanks to the team today for being so kind and caring. I felt so anxious about today and they did everything possible to make my visit and treatment go smoothly.
What could be improved
Nothing - perfect service!
