"Human touch aids recovery"

The service I received at the beginning of November 2009 from the Reception and the A & E department was excellent and reassuring. Dr. Daljit and the nursing staff were kind and professional throughout all the procedures: ECG, bloods, MRSA swabs etc. This aided me during a frightening and worrying experience of vertigo and sickness.

My utmost thanks and respect goes to the team in the MAU: Mark Magin, Kathleen, Andrea, the tea lady and all other staff. Their humour, compassion, humanity, patience and care were of the highest standard and this certainly aided my recovery.

All my thanks and gratitude for all the hardwork and once again for providing the reassurance that I was in the best and safest place.
