About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I found my whole experience excellent, from seeing my GP explaining my level of discomfort in my right leg and hip to an instant examination and full discussion of options and process. Contact from there on has been furthered through TRAQS then Madely physio centre and back to GP.

My care throughout is being followed through with care and consideration, enabling me to manage a little better what I find a somewhat debilitating problem – arthritic hip

After working for many years in care services some through the NHS I was grateful to be treated in a way I always proudly treat my own clients/patients.

I truly hope this level of care continues throughout
