"Monklands General Hospital, accident and emergency"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

My husband and I were transferred to Monklands Accident and Emergency via ambulance following an assault.

I suffered a dislocated elbow and my husband suffered facial injuries. I would just like to thank the staff for the kindness and compassion shown to both of us. Pauline, Debbie and the doctor on call Stephen treated us very well. They done everything possible to make us feel calm during this very stressful time.

Dear jacoyle

Thank you for sharing both you and your husband’s experience within the Emergency department. I appreciate this was a very stressful time for you and I’m glad staff were able to reassure you.

I will certainly pass on your kind wards to the team.

Regards

Ruth
