I had an appointment earlier today with Gareth Timmins who took his time in explaining everything to me and also gave me plenty of time to ask questions. The clinic has tried every avenue to ease the pain. They did blood tests earlier and the results were discussed today. One reading for kidney function was a little bit high, Gareth has referred this to a urologist for advice. They go a bit further than I would expect them to – Gareth said he would call me as and when he heard from the urologist.
In the past I have had acupuncture to manage the pain and have now been asked to try a TENS machine. The whole approach in the clinic has made me feel reassured and confident about the way forward in managing my pain.
I’m really grateful this clinic exists, and that they are so thorough in their treatment. I’m sure I speak for many other patients who have benefited from this clinic and would suffer without it.
