"Smoking at Arrowe park hospital"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

Visited the hospital on numerous occasions for maternity care. Signs everywhere saying "no smoking hospital", I have seen security watching umpteen people smoking around the main entrance, walk in centre and women's centre and nothing been said, I have had to walk past smokers and inhale their fumes while pregnant it makes me mad, it's either non smoking or not and this should be enforced
