Over the past few months I have been visiting Derby Royal Hospital with my mother. Our experience has been a good one upon each visit and stay at the hospital. We have visited the renal clinic where the staff explained everything we were concerned about and put our minds at ease. My mother stayed on ward 315 for 24 hours; again this experience was productive to my mums’ health. The team in the main entrance and all the volunteers throughout the hospital give a great service and they have helped us so much each visit we have made. I cannot forget the porters. I realise the hospital functions daily with good management, however I understand the importance of the porters’ role and thank them for looking after my mum. Please pass my thanks on to all departments. You do a great job.
