"Excellent Staff"

My review is about the staff at the hospital. I attended with my partner who had an out patient appointment last Friday. We had driven from Warrington to attend and were uncertain of where to park etc. On arrival we both need to use the facilities and the ladies were being cleaned. A friendly ambulance driver escorted me to the hospitality room to use the one in there. First tick! We were early and went for a coffee while we waited and I realised my phone had gone from my pocket. I thought it could have fallen out when I was in the toilet so I went back down. One of the nurses on the reception went out of their way to help me even taking trying to phone the number and then checking all areas to no avail. The nurse took all my details and promised to phone me if anything was handed in. My phone was embarrassingly in the car! I went to thank the nurse who looked my relieved than me. If these two people where a sample of the staff in your hospital you should be commended.
