"visit to A & E"

My son and i were in a rta we contacted nhs direct for advise as my son had hit his head and had pains in his neck and i had pains in my neck they advised us to go to Medway. We entered A&E took at ticket waited 10 mins to get booked in we saw a doctor straightway who was very informative and checked both of us and confirmed we both had whip lash. We were advised to take painkillers and they provided us with information leaflets and we were able to go. I would like to thank everyone involved the service was very efficient and everyone involved was very helpful. Thank you.
