"I was treated with courtesy and understanding"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Emergency Medicine

(as the patient),

I was taken to A&E as an emergency.

From the moment I arrived to the time I left 3 hours later, I was treated by nurses and Doctor with courtesy and understanding. All my treatments and tests were explained to me and I went home knowing if I felt ill again during the evening I could return.

A huge Thankyou to the A & E staff and ambulance staff for looking after me.
