"Emergency Care Unit at West Middlesex Hospital."

I had cause to visit the Emergency Care Unit today. The receptionist and triage Nurse were most polite and helpful and listened to what I had to say on arrival. After a wait of less time than I had anticipated in a unit that was obviously very busy with so many patients, the treatment and care that I received from the Doctor, Nurses and X Ray personnel was excellent. Time and care in explaining the circumstances and nature of my injury together with advice and guidance in the way forward was very much appreciated. A Big Thank You.
