Referred via Peterlee Urgent Care Centre due to my teenage son dislocating his knee and the Dr at Peterlee concerned about ligament problems. Seen fairly quickly and splint removed by a nurse, then seen by an arrogant Doctor, who said 'don't know why they sent you here'. After I explained they thought there was a problem with his ligaments, they bent my sons leg one way, then the other way, causing my son a lot of pain. They then said 'come back next week and you'll probably be referred for physio'.. With that they walked out of the room leaving the nurse to answer any questions I had. They even apologised for the doctor's manner. No attempt was made to replace the splint, now my sons kneecap keeps moving, causing even more pain, so it could be a return visit before his next appointment
