"no communication btween outpatient and macular..."

About: Westmorland General Hospital

attended the opthalmic outpatients on 6th march and had a scan which showed that i required treatment for 2 weeks and then be seen again. i attended the macular dept on 19th march when I had another scan. The results of my previous one was not available to be seen as it was a diifferent machine! it seems that they cannot be accessed. fortunately the previous doctor was in attendance that day so they had to say whether or not they remembered what the previous scan showed! This does not seem at all professional.
