"Excellent care in a fantastic hospital"

I feel I must comment on the excellent care I have received over the past few months at the Alexandra Hospital, Redditch. At all times I have been treated with care and respect by every level of staff. In the past, at other hospitals, I have felt as if I am being treated like the enemy. I have never once been made to feel like this at the Alexandra. Thank you for listening to me when I felt that others wouldn't. I am in no doubt whatsoever that you have saved my life. Thank you.
