Medical and surgical staff were excellent, good communicators, caring and skilful, particularly good at interdiscplinary planning.. I recovered swiftly. Nursing staff: the more experienced nurses gave me excellent care, communicated well and were sympathetic. The less experienced and qualified care staff needed further training in relating to ppatients, listening and paying attention to their needs. The food was disgusting, poorly served and inedible. There seems to be a problem in your postroom. Some letters arrived promptly, some weeks later, and some not at all. Some letters to my GP were not necessarily copied to me.
