About: Newham General Hospital

I genuinely want to thank this hospital, they've been brilliant. I was taken here by an ambulance and spent 3 hours (a given as it is a public service) in the waiting room before I was seen. The person that saw me was informative and sympathetic. They did not make me feel inadequate, they were attentive to my needs and dealt with my issues in a way I was very happy. They did lose my referral and my GP hadto open aanotherone but it was ok. Thank you to all of the staff who assisted me that day.
