Just to balance those who have had experiences they were not happy with , I was taken in last week with severe nosebleeds and found both A&E and the ENT staff excellent, especially one staff member in particular I had treatments explained and was treated very well on the ward (D1) for two days before I was discharged. All for free on the NHS - that needs to be remembered!
