(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

At first my daughter was scared to go into the Mary Potter Dental Clinic but they were polite and kind and made my daughter feel happy and she didn't want to leave.

Its really nice for staff to hear the work they do makes a difference to patients, especially when they are nervous and scared. We strive to ensure we deliver good, effective service which is patient centred.
