I had a opticians referral letter which was given to my GP. Within 24 hours I had a phone call from the eye clinic for an appointment within the next few days. I arrived early, was seen on time. The staff were really friendly and polite. Firstly I saw a nurse called who was very friendly and put me at ease. I had some vision test and was promptly seen by a doctor. They again were very polite throughout, explained the examination process. I was extremely happy with the service. The appointment times were prompt and staff curteous despite it being busy. I would recommend this hospital.
