"ENT and audiology ineptitude"

If you have the misfortune to require an appointment with the ENT and audiology departments be prepared to deal with an astonishing level of administrative ineptitude. We have been called to appointments a month early. Arrived at others to find they have been misbooked and hearing tests required are not sorted. Today my son had to attempt to do an adult hearing test at just four because frankly the people sorting the appointments are utterly useless. The nursing staff and doctors were all very nice, but we spent more than two hours at the hospital and left no further forward then when we arrived as the appointments were completely wrong and they couldn't rectify that. We now have no idea when the correct appointment will be, and everyday we wait my sons development is being affected. How they can be allowed to operate like this is a complete mystery to me.

I sincerely apologise to you for this poor experience in ENT and audiology, which was well below the standard of service that we aim to deliver.
