About: Leighton Hospital

I would like to record my sincere thanks to the staff of the hospital, particularly on Ward 7, for their professionalism and kindness shown to both my wife and myself prior to her recent passing away, in particular in allowing me to attend her outside of normal visiting hours for the entire time she was in the ward. The nursing staff and doctors were exemplary throughout the sad period.

Firstly, I would like to express my sincere condolences to you for the loss of your wife. As a matron within the emergency care division, I am very grateful for the highly valued comments you have sent in regarding the care your wife received at Leighton Hospital. It is nice to have such positive feedback and knowing that the staff were able to support you through such a difficult time makes me proud of the care that we provided.
