"Thank you staff of wards 11 and 31"

I went into Ward 11 on Monday morning for a laparoscopy and spent Monday night and Tuesday in Ward 31, I also spent time on both wards last December. A big thank you to all staff on both wards for your care, professionalism and sense of humour during both my stays. You made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I could see that other patients felt the same, at a very stressful and worrying time. The interaction, understanding and teamwork between nursing staff was excellent and made certain that patients received the best possible care. All the nursing and non-nursing staff I met were brilliant but I'd especially like to thank the day and night shift nursing staff in bay 5 on Ward 31 for your care, help, friendliness and understanding, it made a real difference.
