I attended the pathology dept at Cirencester Hospital for a health check blood test today. The service received was exemplary: From the courteous greeting at main reception, to leaving was under 10 minutes. The pathology team had a highly effective and efficient waiting system in place and had all equipment ready for each patient. The pathology staff were friendly and knowledgeable and obviously well trained as I have never had blood taken so quickly and without any discomfort. Please note that pathology is not listed in section 4, so I have left this as "don't know"
