"Very Rude Nurse and disinterested staff members!!!..."

I have visited Edgware Hospital today morning for a blood test. The receptionist were very comfortable gossiping, having coffees and snacks while I had to wait 35 minutes for my appointment. No one advised me that they were running late, and I was completely ignored. When i entered the room to have the blood test done, the nurse asked me to undress of my shirt as apparently it was to right, and they did not allow me to close the door Then straight after they made me put my clothes back on, without doing the test, they sent me out as they took someone else in before me. This nurse was not apologetic and pushed my leg away as they didn't like my posture. The rudest nurse I have ever seen and that's not the way to treat patients. Nurses like her should not work within medical field. And i hope she never gets to treat children. Very unhappy !!!!
