"Pain!"

About: Royal Derby Hospital

So I came to the pain management clinic, very good helpful with advice etc and got recommended for a procedure estimated time 4-6 weeks. After not hearing anything letter etc I ring today to find the secretary is on annual leave who is dealing with the booking of the procedure but is on holiday for 2 weeks? Then im told there is a 4 week wait on top of that! So im basically told I've got to wait while in pain for 2 weeks. Why isn't another secretary booking dates while this person is off? NHS what a joke you are! And another thing, the secretary I spoke too on the main desk attitude or what very harsh all I want is a pain free day.
