"Incompetent hospital"

Hospital is extremely outdated and doesn't feel the cleanest! When I went into my appointment I was left, ignored, sitting in my gown for about 10 mins while the nurses had a chat. I was then told I would get some very important results within a few weeks and still waiting 4 weeks later. This has obviously caused me a lot of worry.And if you want to try and get in touch with the hospital via phone, think again! You will get passed around relentlessly then finally be left with no choice but to leave a VM which gets ignored. Very, very unhappy.
