Attended the radiology department today at Lincoln County Hospital with my husband for an ultrasound scan. On arrival, it was discovered that his appointment was actually at County Louth Hospital.
The receptionist took a few details and managed to arrange for my husband to be seen by staff at Lincoln County Hospital. We only had wait 20 minutes more than his original time.
Outstanding service for my husband's mistake. Couldn't wish for a better service - first class. Well done!
