This may be trivial but I recently had my blood taken and walked away feeling fed up with the lack of interaction the healthcare professional made.
She didn't introduce her name, neither did she say the customary 'sharp scratch' before taking my blood. It doesn't take a lot of time or effort just to introduce yourself and make a patient aware your going to take their blood.
"Poor patient care"
