"I saw a doctor spit into a bin, disgusting!"

I have been attending the ENT department at Edith Cavell Hospital, Peterborough for a few months, and cannot fault the treatment I have received. I think the sister deserves a medal for the abuse she took from one man a few weeks ago. However, at my last appointment as I was walking past a consulting room where there were two members of staff, I saw one of the doctors clear his throat and spit it in the bin in the room. I was really disgusted, and the two members of staff appeared quite embarrassed and apologised on the doctors behalf.

Spitting is one of my pet hates, but to witness it in a clinic environment made me feel totally disgusted.
