Appointment time delays are unavoidable. Unforeseen emergencies, staff absences, happen, so we, as patients, have to be just that .........patient. The quality of care my husband has received whilst being monitored for glaucoma is excellent. All staff are courteous, apologetic for long delays in being seen and clearly work to the best of their ability in all situations. Thank you all.
