"Trying to get urgent appointment"

I had some treatment in Oct 2014 and was told I would have an appointment in 3 months but in Jan 2015 I had a fall and my doctor asked for an emergency appoint and an mri scan I have had the scan some weeks ago when I rang the appointment dept I was told the doctor's list is closed for the foreseeable future and I would have to wait even though I am in a lot of pain it makes no difference what happened to treating early to save further complications.
