About: Conquest Hospital

The Level of care especially in Harrys last 3 weeks was brilliant and we would like to thank the team on De Cham ward and also the Palliative Care Team. I personally visited the Hospital to visit Harry every day from end Dec to Feb 15 and experienced the level of care personally. I have also written to the Hospital.
