Appointments never on time. 1 hour late for one of my appointments.Reception staff didn't tell me appointment would be late - after I'd waited 30 mins I had to ask them about the delay - they didn't volunteer the information. Gynacologist - Very little explanation of my options. They sent me a booking for an operation I didn't know about, understand, or ask for so cancelled the operation. Gynacologist promised to look at my notes from previous operations but didn't - therefore could not advise me on best course of action. They then promised to look at the notes and write to me. That was January15. I'm still waiting for the letter on 16/3/15.
